ALUBUBBLE
Alububble® is a superior performance radiant barrier material, simple to use and cost effective. This product is manufactured using a modern sophisticated continuous laminating process which consists of a layer of low density Polyethylene air cells laminated on both sides with aluminium foil or alternatively on one side with a white polyethylene layer which provides an aesthetically pleasing finish to the underside. Alububble® uses the thermos principal of providing a reflective barrier along with adjacent air space to keep the building cool in summer and warm in winter. Alububble ®will not propagate fire and does not present a fire hazard when installed in a building.

SPUNSULATION
Spunsulation Heavy Industrial is utilised in factories and warehouses that are constructed with open steel framed roofs and no ceilings are used.
Tested in accordance with SANS 428. Fire classification: B/B1/B2/H
Spunsulation Light Industrial is utilised in commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centres, schools and community halls which are constructed with a pitched roof.

Spunsulation Domestic Radiant Barriers are a range of products manufactured for all sectors of the construction industry that require reflective insulation foils for roofing and walling applications. These products are manufactured by laminating a non-woven polypropylene spunbond membrane to highly reflective aluminium sheets which create a technologically advanced product with high-performing physical properties. Spunsulation Radiant Barriers have the normal functions of technical roofing membranes, but provide the added benefit of being a reflective insulation material, which adds to indoor comfort and reduced energy consumption on material, which adds to indoor comfort and reduced energy consumption.

SISALATION
Sisalation 405 is a double sided multi-purpose light grammage insulation product that is ideally suited for insulating, waterproofing and dustproofing of residential homes, town houses, shopping malls, commercial premises, clinics and schools. Tested in accordance with SABS 1381-4:2009, SANS 10177 and SANS 428.
Fire Classification: B/B1/2/H only.
Sisalation FR 405 is a fire retardant product that is ideally suited for insulating, waterproofing and dustproofing of offices, mini factories, clinics and schools. It is suitable for use as an under-roof and side cladding insulation membrane, with and without sprinklers in accordance with SANS 10400 Part T. Tested in accordance with SANS 1381-4: 2009, SANS 10177, SANS 428 and ASTM E84.
Fire performance classification: B/B1/2/H&V (with or without sprinklers).
ASTM E84: Class 1.
Developed using the latest adhesive laminating technology this top quality fire retardant product is ideal for insulating industrial and commercial buildings. Sisalation FR 430 is suitable for use in industrial and commercial buildings as an under roof and side cladding insulation membrane, with and without sprinklers, in accordance with SANS 10400 Part T. The material has been tested in accordance with SANS 1381-4:2009, SANS 10177, SANS 428 and ASTM E84.
Fire performance classification: B/B1/2/H&V (with or without sprinklers).

1.60mm Lightly galvanised wire core, coated to 2.30mm thickness in white.
A coil of wire is approximately 1250 meters long and weighs 25 kg per coil of wire.
Use approx 1 coil of wire per 10 rolls insulation.
Galvanised wire
1.6mm Lightly galvanised wire.
A coil of wire is approximately 1500 meters long and weighs 25kg per coil of wire.
Use approx 1 coil of wire per 10 rolls insulation.
Double sided tape
Double sided tape is used during the installation of insulation materials to keep the materials in place.
As the tape is adhesive on both sides, this product has a wide variety of uses.

Aluminium / Foil tape
Aluminium / Foil tape can be used to repair minor puncture holes in reflective foil laminate insulation materials if they are punctured during the installation process, as well as for the tapings of overlaps where required.
